The program, emceed by Fox 2’s Taryn Asher, will feature a grand awards ceremony and luncheon complete with exciting recipient videos! The event honors women in Downriver business and nonprofit leadership, and inspires our next generation of female leaders.

The event will feature the Women Nonprofit Leadership Panel Conversation, powered by PNC Bank, providing an inspirational discussion with female nonprofit leaders in our region!
The Southern Wayne County Regional Chamber will proudly recognize some of the most outstanding women in our region with the “Kyle F. Stack Leadership Award,” “Entrepreneur Award,” and “Unsung Heroine Award!” The Chamber will also honor an emerging young professional in our community with the “Distinguished Young Woman Award”!

Taryn Asher is a renowned Detroit area journalist, serving as an anchor on Fox 2 News. She has covered everything from Presidents and politics, to the most dangerous crimes and taking on those who are responsible – even helping to change state law to ban the sale of synthetic drugs.
