2027 WOA Awards Entrepreneur Nomination Form
This award recognizes a woman who demonstrates notable entrepreneurial leadership and achievements by owning and/or successfully operating one or more businesses: • Lives or works in one of the Southern Wayne County communities. • Represents a SWCRC member organization. (Membership must be active for at least 6 months prior to nomination.) • Has embarked on a business venture with vision and ambition. • Focuses on positive environmental and social impact of business activities. • Is an entrepreneur, defined as a business or franchise owner and/or operator.
