Fire Chief – City of Romulus
The Fire Chief is the visionary leader of the Romulus Fire Department. Under the general direction of the
Director of Community Safety and Development, the Fire Chief supervises and provides executive
leadership, strategic direction, and mentorship for all department personnel. This role coordinates and directs
all emergency and non-emergency operations and activities of the Romulus Fire Department and ensures
that the department remains progressive, innovative, and prepared to meet the evolving needs of the
community. The Fire Chief fosters a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and professional growth while
maintaining the highest standards of public safety, emergency response, and community engagement.
