Meet our 2025 Ambassador Committee
The Southern Wayne County Regional Chamber’s Ambassador Committee is made up of Chamber members who volunteer their time to positively impact our service with SWCRC members. Our Ambassadors provide mentorship to new Chamber members and recruit potential members by sharing the value and offerings of the SWCRC from a member perspective. They act as goodwill representatives at Chamber functions and volunteer at our signature events. Our Ambassador Committee meets the second Wednesday of the month at 12:00 PM.
In order to become an Ambassador:

You must be an active Chamber member for at least six months

Fill out an application.

Interview with one of our Ambassador Committee Chairs and member of the SWCRC staff.

If you are accepted into the program, you must attend three networking events, a legislative or business forum, and adopt a new Chamber member within 90 days.
During the 90 day process, you will be paired with a mentor. Once all the steps have been completed, your picture will be placed on our website and you will receive an Ambassador Committee name tag.
