We have the ability incorporate the benefit of massage therapy to help with pain reduction, lessen muscle tension, decrease inflammation, increase healing, and improve range of motion. Treatment may also incorporate exercises which are utilized to reconstruct the skeletal structure, turn on non-working muscles, increase postural tone, and prevent chance of reoccurrence. It is important to note that chiropractic care is not solely used to treat ailments and problems, but can also play an integral role in preserving our current health and well-being.
