Our mission is to bring Art Wellness to our Community, reaching out to children, families and our wider population, rather then relying on medications or prescriptions only, our approach is to harness the proven organic power of Art to promote healing and resilience. Through music, dance, painting, sculpture just to name a few, we provide safe and meaningful way to process emotion, reduce anxiety, stress and strengthen their overall well being.
