We empower you to become your best, ELITE self through strength training in our gym, the Iron Den where we offer 1:1, 1:2, and semi private group training, but, if you’re not in the metro Detroit area, you can train with us anytime, anywhere through the ELITE Strength Portal mobile app. We aim to build your confidence and resiliency through weightlifting.
